Three.

Sometimes I find it hard to breathe. That the very air the is meant to give life is truly poison. I've been at a loss for words lately, however, my hands crave to create. So I let them.

I truly love the sound that the pencil makes as it scratches across the paper. It is the sound of creation; of creativity. It is one of the most beautiful sounds in the world.

Two.

'I saw—with shut eyes, but acute mental vision—I saw the pale student of unhallowed arts kneeling beside the thing he had put together. I saw the hideous phantasm of a man stretched out, and then, on the working of some powerful engine, show signs of life and stir with an uneasy, half-vital motion. Frightful must it be, for supremely frightful would be the effect of any human endeavor to mock the stupendous mechanism of the Creator of the world.'

One.

Everyday we come across new experiences, hear new things, and see something we might not have noticed before. The world around us is constantly growing, constantly changing, constantly flowing. Take a deep breath, now exhale. Feel that energy flow through you. Feel the air fill your lungs, feel the oxygen flow through your veins, and feel it exit again.

Feel the earth beneath your feet. Feel the energy from the earth fill you. Remember that we are all connected. The air, the earth, everyone and everything. Take another breath. Relish in the feeling of being a live. Bask in the knowledge that we live, that we are life. That we can give life and that ours can be taken away.

Sometimes we get so involved in the material things in life that we forget what it feels like to just live. We get so caught up in what society says our lives should be, how they should be lived. We often let the expectations of others guide us instead of listening to our own voice and walking down our own path. We all have a voice inside of ourselves, it's time to listen. You just might be surprised by what you hear.

Often we stray from our paths, but remember it is never too far away.

So take a breath and feel the air fill you; & remember that you live. Remember that you are life. That you are light. Let it shine.
